Fares are per person, based upon double occupancy. Additional taxes are $233.35. Fuel surcharge is $70. Deposit of $600 is due at time of booking. Final payment is due December 4, 2008. Third and fourth persons in cabin are $660 per person plus tax and fuel. Monthly payments at no extra charge.
The cruise will be escorted by Respiratory Therapists who will hold group get-togethers on days at sea. One of them will call you to confirm your oxygen and equipment needs.

Please complete a reservation form to send with your deposit and complete insurance application. If you are a pulmonary patient, also complete the 'Pulmonary Cruise Client Information' form and have your physician complete the 'Medical Information from Your Physician' form. Try to have your medical forms to us 60 days prior to sailing. We would be happy to answer any of your questions.
